12月3日晚，萬眾期待的2015國際空間設計大獎Idea-Tops艾特獎獲獎榜單在深圳中海凱驪酒店正式揭曉。當晚，深圳政府領導代表、全球頂尖學府的設計專家教授、米蘭世博會國家館設計師代表、35個不同國家和地區(qū)的優(yōu)秀設計師、艾特獎全國分賽區(qū)代表團、材料商以及設計企業(yè)高管、房地產(chǎn)龍頭企業(yè)負責人、新聞媒體記者等近千人，共襄盛會，共同見證2015年艾特獎全球17位設計驕子的誕生以及代表著設計業(yè)發(fā)展前沿及趨勢的杰出之作。
本次大賽云集了國內外各家頂級設計師的作品，競爭異常精彩，賽事空前激烈，深圳同心同盟設計憑借作品福建璟江大酒店經(jīng)歷評委會層層嚴格篩選，一路過關斬將，殺入艾特獎酒店設計空間前5強，最終獲得2015年度艾特獎最佳酒店設計提名獎，獲得業(yè)界矚目。
獲獎作品：福建璟江大酒店
福建璟江大酒店是一家按照標準五星級酒店建造的豪華酒店,酒店落座于連江縣丹鳳路，酒店擁有客房322間套，4個大型宴會廳，可接待大型宴會和會議，豪華中餐包廂29個，酒店還設有全日制西餐廳、日韓料理，SPA會所、游泳池、健身房等齊全的設施，連江縣目前僅有一家四星級飯店，尚無一家五星級飯店。福建璟江大酒店是由香港維多利亞酒店管理公司管理的酒店之一。該項目總投資5億元，總占地面積20多畝，樓高23層，是一家集特色餐飲、休閑娛樂、溫泉保健和商務會議等功能于一體的綜合性商務酒店。酒店建成后，已成為連江縣城地標性建筑。
Fujian Jingjiang Hotel is a luxury hotel built to five-star hotel standard, located on Dangfeng Road, Lianjiang County. There are 322 guest rooms, 4 banquet halls for large-scaled banquets and meetings, 29luxury Chinese restaurant private rooms.Besides, we have all-day western restaurant, Japanese and Korean restaurant, SPA, swimming pool, gym and other full facilities. Currently, there is only one four-star hotel, not to mention a five-star which is under supervision of Hong Kong Vitoria Hotel Management Co.,LTD. About 50 billion RMB has been invested into this project, whose area is over 20 mu and stands 23 floors. Fujian Jingjiang Hotel is a comprehensive business hotel equipped with special dinning, entertainment, hot spring and business meeting service and facilities, therefore it is now a landmark of Lianjiang.
